We accept Revolut, BOV Pay, Visa & Mastercard payments. 

Confirmation

After you’ve made a payment we’ll show you a confirmation on-screen then send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us on 27456541 

Delivery

Your order may take from 1 to 3 working days to be processed and delivered, depending on the time we receive your order. Deliveries are sent by courier service.

Delivery charge:

• Malta A charge of €4.50 applies for orders under €21. This is reduced to €3 if order is between €21 and €44.99. FREE delivery for orders from €45 and over.
• Gozo A charge of €7.50 applies for orders under €45. This is reduced to €5 if order is between €45 and €74.99. FREE delivery for orders from €75 and over.

Returns

We take great pride in customer care reputation. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise that you wish to return. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items returned must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact (where applicable)

Faulty Items

If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help. We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.
